Hi! I am the founder. My name is Anna Nikoltchev, and Ivanova is one of my middle names. Five facts about me:

1. I am part German, part Bulgarian, was born and raised in Strasbourg, France and have lived in Mannheim, Lausanne, Dresden, Berlin, Barcelona and Valencia. I am fluent in German, French, English and Bulgarian and am happy to converse in Spanish also. The more diverse my environment is, the more comfortable I feel!

2. As a teenager, I was a superfan of many pop music artists (I even cultivated fan accounts!) - which gave me valuable insights on how to foster fan engagement in creative ways. Thanks to, notably, my time in the Fan Engagement Team at Sony Music Germany, I learned the business side of these campaigns and how artists can be marketed to grow and strengthen their audience. To this day, I still actively follow pop music updates and will always make my way to the front row to see my favorite artists.

3. I have gathered two years of work experience in concert and festival management. I am always happy to help and advise you on how to optimize event organization for everyone.

4. I have often been described as a highly organized and reliable person. Punctuality, precision and efficient prioritization are words I live by, and I never take no for an answer - almost anything can be achieved through hard work and dedication.

5. I am now pursuing a master’s degree in Data Science and Computational Economics at the University of Basel. This will allow me to add even stronger data analysis and interpretation skills to my work.
